This notice covers lawfly.in (also served at lawfly.ai/in), the website for Lawfly's service for advocates in India. The company behind Lawfly in India is LAWFLY AI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company registered in India.

To be published: the registered office address and CIN; which company you contract with when you use the Lawfly application at app.lawfly.in; and which company is responsible for personal data collected through this website and the application.

2. Information we collect through this website

This website collects only what you enter in its forms:

Join the beta: your name, phone (WhatsApp) number and email.
Demo request: your name, firm or chamber, phone number, email and city.
Ask Lawfly chat: the options you choose, your phone number and email.
Contact form: your name, work email, firm (optional), what you are interested in, and your message.

We ask you not to include client or case details.

Analytics: only if you choose “Accept analytics”, Google Analytics records page visits on this site. You can change your choice at any time from “Analytics choices” in the footer.

3. How we use information

We use the details you send to respond to your request. General news by email is sent only to people who ticked the separate, optional box on a form.

4. AI processing

To be published: whether any AI service processes website enquiries, and how AI processing works in the product.

5. Sharing and subprocessors

This website is hosted on Google's Firebase Hosting and loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so requests from your browser, including your IP address, reach Google's servers, which may be located outside India.

To be published: the providers that receive personal data from this website and the application, the purpose of each, and where they process it.
